How I work
The service I provide is tailored to each client’s specific needs and requirements and is very much a personalised service, not a ‘one-size fits all’ approach. I usually start by meeting prospective clients for an hour or so, at their home or office, to find out what they want and need. This also gives clients the opportunity to meet me and to decide if they think I'm the right person to do this work with them. I'm very flexible in being able to offer clients a work schedule which is suitable for them. This can range from one-off visits to weekly, monthly or bi-annual sessions.
My approach to successful and effective decluttering and organising is to be completely non-judgemental, patient, intuitive, empathic and solution focussed. My success also comes from the fact that I really enjoy my work as I find it hugely rewarding to work with clients to create a harmonious environment for them by conquering the chaos.
I'm completely discreet and confidential in all my dealings with clients and can provide references in addition to the testimonials available on my website.
My professional background
I have been working as a successful professional organiser and declutterer since 2014 and my clients include small business owners, published authors, directors of charities and academic, professional and retired people.
For many years I worked as a manager in universities across London where I organised and managed projects, events and teams. I also have a number of years work experience in human resources and marketing, as well as a post-graduate qualification in organisational psychology.
